Return & Refund Policy (60-Day Return)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from RAUNOVA (“we,” “us,” “our”). We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) 60-Day Return Window

We offer a 60-day return window. You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at CUSTOMER@RAUNOVA.COM with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  • Photos if the item is damaged/defective

Returns sent without requesting approval first may be refused or delayed.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with original packaging where possible.

  • Products should be unused or lightly tested only (e.g., tried for fit/setup).

  • Items returned with heavy wear, missing parts, damage from misuse, or strong odors may be refused or receive partial refund.

Because our products may be used for fitness and personal contact, we reserve the right to assess returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

3) Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)

Unless required by law, the following are generally not returnable:

  • Gift cards (digital or physical)

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modifications, or improper handling

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly. Include clear photos/video of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

We may offer a replacement, missing parts shipment, store credit, or refund dependi

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, shipping damage): we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label where feasible.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong, no longer needed): return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees (if paid at checkout) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is caused by our error.

6) How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days (bank processing can vary).

If your return is not approved, we may offer to ship the product back to you (shipping cost may apply) or dispose of it if you prefer.

7) Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if:

  • The product shows heavy use or damage not caused by a defect

  • Parts/accessories are missing

  • Original packaging is significantly damaged or missing (where packaging is required to safely resell)

8) Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If you want an exchange, email CUSTOMER@RAUNOVA.COM with your order number and requested item.

9) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first. We can usually resolve problems faster than a bank dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may delay support on the order.
