Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how RAUNOVA processes and ships orders.
1) Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high demand periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email (when available) with tracking.
2) Shipping Destinations
We ship to eligible destinations based on checkout availability. If we can’t deliver to your address, the checkout may prevent payment or you may be contacted for an alternative address.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping option. Typical estimates (not guaranteed):
Delivery times can be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or peak seasons.
4) Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and shipping method. Promotions (free shipping, discounted shipping) may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
5) Tracking
If tracking is available, we’ll provide a tracking number once the carrier scans the package. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
6) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you notice an error, contact CUSTOMER@RONOVA.COM as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed: Carriers may experience delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Lost: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Stolen/Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have it, first check with neighbors/building management and your local carrier office. If still missing, contact us. While we cannot guarantee outcomes for theft, we will support you with documentation and next steps.
8) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
If applicable, international shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by RAUNOVA.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:
